第六屆德國電影節即將于2018年11月9日在北京開幕，并將在北京、成都兩個城市展映12部近兩年出品的最新德國電影，為期三周。第六屆（中國）德國電影節由德國電影協會主辦，北京德國文化中心·歌德學院（中國）和百老匯影城協辦。德國電影節自2013年舉辦以來，旨在提供德國當代影壇佳作，加深中德影人交流。
The 6th Festival of German Cinema in China is organized by German Films, supported by the Goethe-Insitut China and Broadway Cinemas. 12 latest German films will be screened in Beijing and Chengdu starting from Nov 9th.

German troops are fast approaching Paris. Georg, a German refugee, escapes to Marseille in carrying the documents and visa of an author, Weidel, who had taken his own life in fear of persecution. Georg has memorized Weidel's papers and assumes his identity in hope of escape. In the turmoil of transition, everything changes when Georg falls in love with the mysterious Marie, who is on the journey of searching her lost husband – Weidel the author.

Out of nowhere, Katja’s life falls apart when her husband Nuri and little son Rocco are killed in a bomb attack. Her friends and family try to give her the support she needs, and Katja somehow manages to make it through the funeral. But the mind-numbing search for the perpetrators and reasons behind the senseless killing complicate Katja‘s painful mourning, opening wounds and doubts. Danilo, a lawyer and Nuri’s best friend, represents Katja in the eventual trial against the two suspects: a young couple from the neo-Nazi scene. The trial pushes Katja to the edge, but there’s simply no alternative for her: she wants justice.

Berlin, February 1943: The NS regime declares the Reich’s capital “free of Jews.” At this point in time, 7000 Jews have succeeded in going underground. Almost 1700 will survive the horrors of the war in Berlin. The Invisibles tells the stories of four of these contemporary witnesses. The dramatic re-enactments are intertwined with impressive interviews with the actual people whose lives inspired this film.

電影改編自1928年的著名歌劇《三便士歌劇》，故事背景發生在維多利亞時代的倫敦蘇荷區，歹徒刀手梅克和乞丐幫頭目的女兒未獲得女方雙親同意，便私自結婚。梅克因為一名妓女的作證而被逮捕，但在前妻的協助下逃逸了。前妻的父親是警察長。后來，梅克再次被出賣，這回是被他的岳父陷害。但在即將被吊死以前，新登基的女王赦他無罪，并晉封他為貴族。
Following the phenomenal worldwide success of ''The Threepenny Opera'' in 1928 in Berlin, cinema is trying to win over the author of the piece. But BERTOLT BRECHT is not willing to play by the film industry’s rules. His vision for the ?Threepenny Film“ is radical, uncompromising, political and pointed. He wants to make a completely new kind of film and knows that the production company will never agree to it. It is only interested in cashing in. While the London gangster MACHEATH’S fight with the head of the beggar’s mob MR. PEACHUM begins to take shape in the film version in front of the author’s eyes, Brecht seeks the public dispute. He takes the production company to court in order to prove that their monetary interests are taking precedence over his right as author… a poet directs reality – that was unprecedented!
